Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the scope and objectives of a project, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
∎ Create a plan of the project with detailed breakdown of all the stages.
∎ Define the requirement of resources according to achieve each stage of the project and consequently create a budget with breakdown.
∎ Assess the budget requirement and the project to determine the feasibility of implementation.
∎ Create a project timeline with key milestones to track the project work progress.
∎ Initiate the project and track the costs through each stage of the project.
∎ Expedite the project and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely utilization of resources.
∎ Delegate project tasks appropriately to the members of the team based on individual skill sets and experience levels.
∎ Regularly track project progress with the team members.
∎ Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
∎ Manage and adjust any changes in the project scope, schedule and/or budget.
∎ Utilize the best industry practices, techniques and standards through the entire execution of the project.
∎ Identify and mitigate the possible risks during execution.
∎ Ensure that the milestones are being met on the appropriate deadlines for project completion on time.
