Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Civil Engineering from any Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Execute all monitoring & supervisory role for different projects.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and implementation.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Responsible for construction of high-rise commercial and residential building, preparation of BOQ, rate analysis and project co- ordination, preparation of estimate and requisition for procurement purposes, co-ordination with consultant etc.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Any other engineering task assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) I high rise building Construction Works..
∎ Must have wide knowledge in computer operation.

Salary: Negotiable
