Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ At least BSc in civil 10-12 year(s) and Diploma in civil 15-18 year(s) experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (Auto CAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for total management of the different projects which includes site supervision, planning, managing, coordinating, evaluating, controlling & completing the project of Pre-Fabricated Structures timely by assuring NDE's standard guide-line & quality.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection & Installation works of Steel Buildings as per drawings & relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ To be able to prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development of various on-going & up-coming construction works at the project site and to maintain close liaison with our different project's consultants independently.
∎ Project Planning, Scheduling & Organizing to order to meet the Project Completion deadlines.
∎ Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision of site labor force & monitoring certified Builders workmanship and confirming design specifications and safety. To guide the Builder/Erector for Steel building erection procedural direction till Project handover.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities. Resolving any unexpected difficulties and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Provide logistical support and ensure efficient delivery of all shipments from Head Office for progress of erection at various sites including checking of all detailed erection drawings, shipping documents & invoice, handling, transportation, delivery to construction site & unloading materials as per bill of materials & packing list.
∎ To work closely with Design, Supply Chain/Factory and Sub-Contractors.
∎ Tracking payment progress and ensure financial clearance for building fabrication and follow up to shipment complete.
∎ Brilliant knowledge in project management including construction materials, drafting, billing and labor handling & in modern construction equipment.
∎ Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction.
