Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, Manage and monitor project functions.
∎ Responsible for overall management of the project including project planning, implementation, Monitoring as well as Evaluation.
∎ Applicant Management, Act as a key person to maintain the internal and external coordination, communications and negotiation among different levels.
∎ Ensure Operational planning and day to day management of regular field activities.
∎ Prepare all types of project reports and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the project in a smooth manner.
∎ Regular site visit, monitoring on field activities and proactive supports to improve quality of team performances.
∎ Organize Events, Meetings, Coordination, Communication, Conduction of project briefing to the stakeholders and make sure regular update accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Program : MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Document Drafting, PDF Editing, Image related task needs to be able.
∎ Have to be pro-active on online Communication through WhatsApp, E-Mail & Mobile phone
∎ Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Problem solution, Crisis management, Strong mobilization and Negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Interpersonal and analytical skills, Innovative, self-motivated and target oriented
∎ Candidate have to be Covid-19 vaccinated.
