∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: 3D Media (3D Studio Max), Architecture, Auto CAD Drafting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering. The applicants should have, construction , 3d Visualization, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Architecture firm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your main task will be to prepare construction implementation plans independently, and then to execute them
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Making BOQ and Estimate of the projects
∎ Good in Structural detailing.
∎ Supervision in Building works.
∎ Prepare and maintain official records etc.
∎ Prepare monthly reports & other document.
∎ Clear concept of Architectural design of any type of Residential, commercial & Industrial Building.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years site supervision as site engineer with a large construction company.
∎ Must be hard working and enthusiastic.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ project incentive on profit share percentage after completion the project like as construction or consultancy works.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Profit share, Performance bonus
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
