Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real state Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to coordinate all designs, drawings and specifications according to the project Standard;
∎ Supervise, monitor and ensure overall quality of construction works including finishing works and the quality of materials being used at respective projects as per the standard specifications of JV project.
∎ Responsible for preparing work schedule and define deliverables in each phase of the project.
∎ Responsible for risk analysis and risk mitigation at project works.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Responsible for solving any construction-related problems, if necessary, that arise at the project sites;
∎ Responsible for liaising with JV Head Offices, other professionals within design teams and contractors' during construction;
∎ Responsible for attending meetings and competently communicate with JV Head Office, Contractors and land owners and all others stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for checking the final MBs for payment certification of supplier's vendors and sub-contractors.
∎ Responsible for preparation of periodical of periodical work progress report and present to JV top management in meeting.
