∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Project manager for Railway station buildings & Dormitory construction
∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ Regular Communication with foreigners
∎ Plan construction , Responsible for everything including construction, manage work force

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the project schedule.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
∎ conduct daily work according to the plan
∎ Manage site engineers
∎ Provide scaffolding plan
∎ Responsible for safety aspect of the construction site
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safely Act are enforced.
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in Real estate

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Every month performance bonus
