Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Civil engineering graduate from public or private university with experience managing at least 2-3 large construction projects as PM (Highway/Road/Bridge/Flyover/Metro, including commercial building projects.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
∎ Training/Trade Course: project management
∎ Skills Required: Product Costing and budgeting, project coordination, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with cross-discipline team members (ADC, NOCD, CAAB and vendors) to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
∎ Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
∎ Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
∎ Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
∎ Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
∎ Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects upto completion
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance and safety regulations
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
∎ Meet contractual conditions of performance
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
∎ Negotiate terms of agreements manage and mitigate risks
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
∎ Prepare bill (running/final) and submit to the authority whenever is required.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Budgeting, project coordination, Project Costing, Project Management, Project Planning Software: MS Projects/Primavera
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
∎ Proven experience in project management.
∎ Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
∎ Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
∎ Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
∎ Understanding of ERP implementation.
∎ Experience overseeing a construction project.
∎ Budget management experience.
Salary: Tk. 110000 - 140000 (Monthly)
