Job Context:
∎ We are involved in Electrical Power Generation , Sub-station and Distribution We are looking for
∎ a Project Manager who will manage and supervise our projects start to completion. Reporting to the Head of Operations, he has to lead a team of project engineers, project accountants and other project personnel independently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement effective project plan and ensure satisfactory project progress.
∎ Arrange & attend meeting with Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous and Private sector International Principal & site personal to identify issues hampering project progress and Good Knowledge in Tendering methods.
∎ Analyse BOQ and submit materials indent properly, check quality of all materials regularly.
∎ Arrange all quality control process as per company policy.
∎ Get preliminary estimates prepared by Project In-Charge, certify project material requisitions and send materials to sites.
∎ Ensure all safety measures are followed at site by the contractor and his people.
∎ Certify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Provide technical support to the subordinates for all jobs involved in the projects.
∎ Trained the project team on quality control, progress monitoring and operational discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Evaluate project staffs and contractors from time to time and report to the appropriate company authority about them.
∎ Arrange regular meeting with project personnel about site safety.
∎ Communicate quickly with Superior in the event and Tendering of any emergency situation.
∎ Prepare detail project finishing program for projects in finishing stage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position serving for a reputed Engineering company. Candidate having hands on experience of working in the Electrical Power Plant, S&D, Electrical Goods and commercial projects any reputed Engineering company will get preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure Self Motivated independently.
∎ Should have good communication skill in English and verbal presentation skills are requirement power and generation.
∎ Should have strong leadership & team building capabilities and maintaining strong relationship with kay decision makers establishing Leigh level contacts at customers Govt, utilities IPP, Private company consultants.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
