Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Petroleum / Chemical / Construction Engineering (Government institute preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Oil & Gas pipe line project, work with Employer, consultant and Stockholders with the best practice for oil & gas pipeline distribution network industry.
∎ Manage operational budget with direct involvement in scheduling and resource planning.
∎ Work with contractors and consultants to endure timely completion of the project.
∎ Responsibility of Project Execution, Monitoring and Control, Risk management, Cost and Schedule management, HSE and Quality Management, Communication Management and Project closure activities.
∎ Develop and maintain a complete engineering database of all pipeline development technologies, facilities, fabrication/construction, cost performance, schedule indicators, yard capabilities and project completion records.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Gas & Oil transmission pipeline distribution networking
∎ Proven track record of pipeline development project, particularly related to oil and gas.
