Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Engineering from any Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for project implementation and decision making (management, control of budget, technical, quality, schedule, procurement, resources and safety);
∎ To prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
∎ To effectively communicate with all the stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, engineers/architects, consultants, locally and abroad); and
∎ To organize the team and allocate members to individual tasks for the purpose of project tenders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company or foreign project;
∎ Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1/ N2 Level.
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in the foreign company or foreign project;
∎ Ability to understand Government development plan and project concept development;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.
Salary: Tk. 300000 - 400000 (Monthly)
