∎ Age 35 to 42 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
∎ · Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
∎ · Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
∎ · Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
∎ · Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
∎ · Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
∎ · Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials, labour etc.) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ · Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ · Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
∎ · Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ · Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ · Allocate & monitor the responsibilities of the staff of the project.
∎ · Good in estimate and capable to prepare bill of the project, should have the knowledge to prepare cost analysis of any item related to the project.
∎ ·  Evaluate work progress and prepare detailed reports as per the requirement. ·  Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues·         Co-ordination with Head Office.
∎ · Any other tasks assign by the Management.
