∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
∎ Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
∎ Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
∎ Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
∎ Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
∎ Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ Allocate & monitor the responsibilities of the staff of the project.
∎ Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
∎ Evaluate work progress and prepare detailed reports as per the requirement.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
∎ Co-ordination with Head Office.
∎ Any other assign by Management.
