Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Engineering from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Construction Project from beginning to completion
∎ Should have sound knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Excel
∎ Capable of project planning, estimation, budgeting and Resource Management
∎ Able to guide the contractors and control progress of work
∎ Good Communication skills including preparing project reports at regular intervals
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Finalization of bills after completion of Project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 (three) years' experience in Construction Project management
∎ Experience in Interior or Real Estate industry will be added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
