∎ Plan and manage projects in accordance with Accord Alliance and BNBC guidelines.
∎ Ensure project delivery within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
∎ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
∎ Identify and mitigate project progress to stakeholders.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks.
∎ Manage project resources effectively
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Lead project team members and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
∎ Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
