Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Client and Management from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision.
∎ Oversee the beginning of each project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
∎ Prepare and submit each project's schedule and match talent to the job.
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Acquire materials and monitor stocks to handle inadequacies in a timely.
∎ Collaborate with the Site Engineers and Construction crew to ensure the project target.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Determine needed resources (manpower and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Conduct meetings on-site with the Client and construction crew
∎ Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics, etc. and guide them when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ A similar experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
