∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 years of hands-on experience within this sector.
∎ Has to be able to understand drawings, BOQ, etc.
∎ Experienced in the Façade/Glass Fabrication Company, or a large construction company.
∎ Should have good knowledge about the drawings, good in the cost estimate, and capable of preparing the budget for the project.
∎ Has to have good skills to prepare BOQ for Glass Fabrication works.
∎ Good knowledge of different materials and working details etc.
∎ Has to have a keen eye for Façade/Glass Fabrication works and quality finishing.
∎ Ability to prepare project work schedule, co-ordination with Vendors, handling workers to ensure timely delivery of construction.
∎ Can work with Architects and other engineers and can easily be part of a team.
∎ Auto CAD Software skills are required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with the Architect/Designer for receiving the drawings after the initial check.
∎ Preparation of work schedule and planning for execution of the work.
∎ Determine the requirement of the resources (manpower, equipment, materials, labor, etc.).
∎ Ensure the Quality Control Policy and HSE Standards at the site.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic individual with experience in the Façade/Glass Fabrication Sector and Civil work experience.
