∎ He has to have academic qualifications from engineering or architecture background.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 year hands on experience within this sector. Has to be able to understand drawings, BOQ etc.
∎ Has to have good skill to prepare BOQ for Interior or Civil works.
∎ Good knowledge of different materials and working details etc.
∎ Has to have keen eye for construction works and quality finishing.
∎ Ability to prepare project work schedule, co-ordination with Vendors, handling workers to ensure timely delivery of construction.
∎ A person with good sense of ethics will be preferred.
∎ Can work with Architects and other engineers and can easily be part of a team. Software skills are required.
