∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP,Project Management Professional
∎ Skills Required: Earth Work, Maintenance Safety Management, Planning, Planning and monitoring, Presentation skill, Risk Management, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Railway Track, Railways
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Project safety. Management of Project Risk.
∎ Planning of workforce, material, and equipment. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
∎ Co-ordination with consultant and client for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Recruitment - Recruitment of key staff to fill in the gaps identified after org. chart rationalization during Technical mapping, nurturing internal talents, and facilitating internal mobility.
∎ Supervision of works of the Functional Leads. Vertical and Lateral Communication.
∎ Safety - No fatality, No LTR and maintain Covid-19 guidelines.
∎ Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
∎ Quality - No NCR. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
∎ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Project: On-time as per baseline planning and maintain or improve profit margin as per agreed budget and CTC.
∎ Proper defense of variation and contractual entitlements in cooperation with Contract Management sub-function.
