∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Execution of the project.
∎ Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors/manpower and working with engineers, Supervisors, and vendors.
∎ Regulatory work/work related to local body.
∎ Maintaining bills of quality, project accounting, up keep of Site work ethics, maintenance of records.
∎ Execution of Civil Construction work with Quality by cost effective manner.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
∎ Controlling the time, cost, and quality of construction projects.
∎ Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
∎ Liaising with clients, Consultant and other professional staff, especially surveyors and the project manager.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
∎ Liaising with Office about the ordering materials.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
