Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverable of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Report project status and progress report to the Management time to time.
∎ Preparation of Departmental letters & bills and approved by the Management.
∎ Material procurement & Purchase.
∎ Solved any construction related problems that arise at the project sites.
∎ Others duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher are discouraged to apply.
∎ Have experience in High Rise building construction with basement in PWD/ NHA/ MES/ EED/ LGED.
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Auto Cad & E-gp
∎ Have clear knowledge about understanding MB (Measurement Book) of govt. sector.
∎ Positive attitude for learning.
Salary: Negotiable
