Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Development & Planning
∎ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
∎ Clients and Stakeholder Management
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
∎ Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
∎ Coordination with relevant Authority/Client & Head of the Department.
∎ Hold/Attend periodic meetings with respective authorities and update management accordingly.
∎ Project Implementation & Execution
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 5 years of Job experience in relevant industry,
∎ Candidate with previous work experience in Electrical Accessories Company or Construction Based Company will get preference,
∎ Must possess quality standard written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali language.
