Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University. BUET, KUET, CUET & RUET will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
Job Context:
∎ RCC River Jetty & Demarcation Pillar Project at Dhaka & Narayanganj under Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA).
∎ River Protection works i.e.: CC Block, Geo-bag related works etc. under BWDB at Kurigram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure execution of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ Having knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC etc. To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ To Check bill of the sub-contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To prepare and supervise daily, weekly and monthly schedule/plan for execution of projects.
∎ To prepare estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works.
∎ To monitor the progress of works and prepare daily reports for top management.
∎ To coordinate and communicate with department and consultant
∎ To assign proper job to subordinates and guide them for quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ To ensure quality of works through conducting tests.
∎ To set requirement of manpower and prepare/update Organogram for smooth completion of work.
∎ Work with field engineers and supervisors to plan, organize and direct activities in accordance with approved construction plans
∎ Monitor and control construction works through administrative directions to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget
∎ To prepare of Site Survey report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6-18 years of experience with minimum 3 years in Managerial Position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Demarcation Pillar, RCC River Jetty, CC Block, Road Construction, Bridge Construction, Rail Track Construction etc.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
