∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Atuo CAD, Civil Construction, Contract Management, Excellent communication skill, Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in mega project handling
∎ Proficiency in road, bridge flyover, railway and embankment construction
∎ Capable of planning, scheduling and controlling of project
∎ Administrating capacity to engineering team in respect of proper utilization and guidance in field work
∎ Expert in preparing BOQ, Inspection sheet (Applied for inspection) Bills for project
∎ Superintending and supervision of site and appropriate directives to workforce
∎ Making and informing Daily/Weekly/Monthly report in order to HQ requirement
∎ Coordinate and organize subcontractor for procurement, evaluation and monitor their performance based on project requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experiences in managing civil engineering project
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
