∎ Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Construction of CCGT project, Excellent communication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the construction work of projects and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Receiving Report (MRR).
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work of RCC (Reinforce cement concrete) /Steel building works.
∎ Handle workers and contractors activities and evaluate their performance.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building materials of factory site.
∎ Maintain and check measurement book (MB), bill of quantity (BOQ) of ongoing industrial infrastructure project.
∎ Conduct site investigation and analyze data (like maps, reports, tests, drawing and other)
∎ Maintain quality work in scheduled time.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in building project premises.
∎ Prepare report based on building project program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in building heavy industrial or commercial project
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and physically fit
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
