Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring construction works to assure that plans, specifications, building codes and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Prepare monthly stock report, daily Ledger upgrade, time to time MRR issue of receiving materials and any additional tasks identified by supervisor.
∎ Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Construction, Engineering & Security team.
∎ Reviews and checking payments of bills submitted by contractors, testing laboratories, consulting engineers.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good knowledge in Civil Engineering.
∎ Analytical ability, planning and execution.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel.
∎ Knowledge about construction materials and measurement.

Salary: Negotiable
