Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rigorous supervision of construction works to ensure quality and on-time delivery
∎ To check and ensure the quality of all construction materials
∎ Review the project in-depth to prepare construction schedule and daily activity program
∎ Ensure Project Progress according to construction schedule
∎ Prepare target vs. achievement and monthly progress report
∎ Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
∎ Performing risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Oversee all onsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
∎ Arrange periodic meeting with site engineers and contractors
∎ Any other Task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in large industrial building and infrastructure construction
∎ Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
∎ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
∎ Understanding of all facets of the construction process
∎ Familiarity with construction management software packages
∎ Leadership and human resources management skills
∎ Excellent time and project management skills
