∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
∎ Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
∎ Excellent knowledge of material testing & safety standards
∎ Previous experience with foreign organization will be preferred
∎ Strong proficiency with MS Office & MS Project
∎ Understanding of construction management processes
∎ Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources
∎ Has expertise in conflict resolution and conflict management
∎ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee construction projects from start to finish
∎ Control the budget and estimate costs
∎ Identify the tools, materials, and labor required
∎ Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment
∎ Prepare & maintain reports on construction status
∎ Ensure safety regulations are followed
∎ Work with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other important project team members
∎ Negotiate with outside vendors; assign responsibilities
∎ Oversee construction projects from start to finish
∎ Control the budget and estimate costs
