∎ Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction projects
∎ Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
∎ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
∎ Familiarity with ERP software tools and applications
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
∎ Leadership skills to motivate and manage project teams
∎ Public University background is preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall project through planning, leading, and controlling
∎ Ensure construction progresses according to schedule
∎ Visit and inspect quality finishing works regularly
∎ Monitor project costs by comparing monthly actual expenditure with completed works
∎ Review architectural and structural drawings for respective projects
∎ Ensure availability of all necessary logistics support at the site
∎ Monitor monthly work programs and track project achievements
∎ Prepare construction progress reports and submit them to the concerned authority on time
∎ Maintain harmony with internal and external departments, consultants, and contractors
∎ Ensure safety and security protocols are implemented on the project site
∎ Report daily progress of respective projects to the Director Operations
∎ Manage overall project through planning, leading, and controlling
