Civil Construction, Good command over MS Office Package, project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques.
∎ To maintain communication with consultant & Head of Plant.
∎ To ensure the project schedule.
∎ To ensure quality work of constructed item.
∎ To supervise & monitor construction works to assure that plans, specifications, building codes and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ Time to time compare the actual works done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ To identify problematic area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Prepare effective plan, implementing & monitoring of project activities.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Should have experience in project management.
∎ Having experience in cement factory specially in silo construction will get preference
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
