Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling overall civil construction of the project.
∎ To ensure execution of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To have proficiency and good command over AutoCAD software.
∎ Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ To ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site
∎ Preparing construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost-effective way.
∎ Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge.
∎ Checking bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ Ensuring safety and security of man and materials, equipment's and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To have experience in road & Jetty constructions.
∎ Preparation of Site Survey report.
