Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Project Manager for BWDB project with civil background under National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE).
∎ Candidate should have experience in BWDB Construction projects.
∎ Location - South zone of Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly responsible for supervision & quality control of construction work of River Bank protective works with Geo-bag & C.C block, Re- sectioning of embankment, Sluice gate/Regulator, Inlet-Outlet & Re-excavation of Canals, River & Labour Contract Society (LCS) works.
∎ Experience in river piling work. Supervision of soil test work.
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects
∎ Prepare project plan, work schedule and progress report.
∎ Assess project estimations and budgets.
∎ Plan and review potential safety issues.
∎ Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors.
∎ Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
∎ Maintaining smooth relationship with Department.
∎ Perform other tasks as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
