∎ National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE) initially started its journey with the name of “The Development Engineers” a partnership firm with effect from 14th February, 1981. Later on, it was re-named as “National Development Engineers Ltd.” from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country.
∎ Today NDE has earned the reputation of one of the leading construction firm of the country, capable to undertake any kind of civil, electrical & mechanical Engineering projects which require specialized professional experience with requisite technical knowledge.
∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Organization in the following position:
∎ The Project Manager - Civil Construction is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
∎ Having experience in PWD, World bank, JIC, ADB or Foreign Funded building projects.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
∎ Study and analyses BOQ and project plan, work schedule and progress report.
∎ Assess project estimations and budgets.
∎ Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
∎ Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors.
∎ Plan and review potential safety issues.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement
