Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering from reputated Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure execution of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ Having knowledge on AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC etc. To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ To prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
∎ To Check bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To prepare of Site Survey report.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 Years Experience in Re-excavation/ Drainage/ construction work.

Salary: Negotiable
