∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Interior Design, Interior Project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Experience of working in Construction, Interior Design and Business Development.
∎ Capable of preparing Auto CAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations as per requirements of the project
∎ Detailed understanding of project costing, material costing, feasibility testing, and effective project planning for timely completion
∎ Prepare Interior/ Architectural/Engineering design concept, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
∎ Adequate knowledge in designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, furniture and interior products
∎ Experience of working as a key architect/Engineer with experience of delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to clients in formal presentations, question and answer sessions and on reference visits
∎ Knowledge of building technology and construction methods and can demonstrate it through graphic documents and verbal skills
∎ Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
∎ Strategic thinking to achieve the aims for the project - safety / cost / time / quality / sustainability
∎ Manage vendors, contractors, suppliers and the overall supply chain
∎ Team building, coaching and leading capacity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketch up.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Excellent managerial capacity
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
