Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture
∎ Diploma or BSC on Civil Engineering / Architecture.
∎ Major : Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring client requirement completed on time.
∎ Create project timelines that identify project milestones and deadlines.
∎ Ensure project completed on time within budget and client satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Monitor project progress with the plan, and adjust plan as required
∎ Keep stakeholders involved about any changes in project
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools
∎ Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, processes and procedures
∎ Monitor development processes and suggest changes as required
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed
∎ Manage healthy professional relation with the client and all team members
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
∎ Attend meetings with clients to share plan and status of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Auto CAD/ Sketchup/ 2D/ 3D

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
