∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. In Mechanical/Electrical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors project execution and adjusts plans.
∎ Prepare project plans/schedules, reports and budgets.
∎ Maintains project documentation - communications, schedules, sample submission paperwork, meeting minutes.
∎ Informs internal resources of project updates / timely communications.
∎ Ensures timely and smooth transition of projects through.
∎ Track project costs in order to meet budget.
∎ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
∎ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
∎ Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Well conversant with computer literacy (AutoCAD, MS office, Excel, Power point, Internet)
∎ Strong writing skills in English & Bengali
∎ Excellent communication and reporting skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
∎ Honest.
Salary: Negotiable
