Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Residential project supervision
∎ Preparing schedules
∎ Sourcing Contractors
∎ Vetting of design & Co-ordination with the consultants
∎ Preparation of BOQ and building schedule in MS Projects.
∎ Vetting purchase requisition
∎ Bill checking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of handing over 7-10 projects.
∎ The applicants should have experience in big and multiple project management.
∎ Project Management
∎ Good knowledge of computer & capable of schedule in Microsoft Projects.
∎
Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
