Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Only B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed Universities are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years in construction fields/real estate
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Project Management
∎ Well conversant in English
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station and stay outside Dhaka as required
