Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Preferably Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for full execution of high scale projects.
∎ Should oversee all the administrative activities.
∎ Responsible for dealing with clients, present proposals, plans, gather requirements and feedback to ensure project progress.
∎ Should have the strong decision-making capability.
∎ Should arrange and support with the logistics to all the Company Staff.
∎ Should ensure the smooth supply chain management.
∎ Administer project activities, guide staffs and workers on a day-to-day basis.
∎ Supervision of Projects, monitoring all interior works according to Implementation Plan.
∎ Full site responsibility and site documentation accordingly.
∎ Schedule projects according to plan and communication with different stakeholders for smooth progress of the project.
∎ Prepare reports to show to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of General Administration, HR & payroll, Human Resources & Development, Project Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill
∎ Leadership and team management skill, Suppliers and Vendor Management.
