Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably Graduate or Diploma from any reputed organization. Professional Architecture studies/ Engineering degree holder will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility to run the total project management operation.
∎ Coordinate and lead project design, drawing and bill of quantities (BOQ).
∎ To maintain records of inventory, purchases, supplies and other important documents
∎ Experience in estimating, costing, billing, pre and post measurement, analysis and implementation project work.
∎ Prepare and maintain commercial documents including bills, voucher, reports and budget.
∎ Manage procurement, administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support project management.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and take up other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 01-02 years' experience in the following business area(s): Building Interior, Civil 3D, Interior Design, Interior Project, Project Management.
∎ Should have knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Corel Draw, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, MS-excel, Power Point. and other related software applications.
∎ Sound in computer especially in Microsoft office,2D/3D Studio Max, Corel Draw, Revit.
∎ Strong ability to cope with changing environment and Capable of working under pressure.
