Educational Requirements:

Job Context:

∎ SAEET is the locally registered company of China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation (CMC) engaged in power engineering and industrial facilities development
∎ The DGM-HR`s primary objective is to manage the delivery of SAEET`s human resources services. In addition to leading the strategic and operational requirements of human resources, the GM-HR will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate HR systems, HR processes are in place to enable continuous improvement and effective and optimal management of SAEET`s employees.
∎ This includes responsibility for providing pragmatic, effective and compliant HR advice and support across the full range of HR functions to the senior management in accordance with the SAEET Strategic Plan and business priorities.
∎ The HR advice and support are required at both an operational level (knowledge, tools, resources to managers so they can confidently lead and develop their people) and a strategic level (information, analysis, planning) for the company.
∎ The GM-HR will play a pivotal role in strategic planning and will be involved in developing HR policies and plans consistent with SAEET`s growth objectives. The GM-HR will ensure that management and staff have the correct balance of resources to meet business expectations and outputs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The GM-HR will be responsible and accountable for leading the HR team through its Strategic Plan as well as the overall day-to-day operation and management of the national HR team Achieving HR business objectives that support SAEET's strategic direction.
∎ Ensuring SAEET operates its day-to-day business in accordance with the best HR practices and that all human resources activities of SAEET are performed effectively and efficiently. Building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders at all levels and to maintain SAEET's reputation as a credible and highly respected multinational company Provide advice to the senior management in all HR areas and the interpretation and use of HR policy and legislation.
∎ Ensure appropriate policies and strategies are developed and consistently implemented Develop a performance culture where expectations are clear and performance recognized and rewarded.
∎ Provide safe work conditions and environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Solid expertise in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, HR policies and best practices
∎ A substantial experience at a similar position in human resource management in a medium to large company. Ideally, a high level of experience in a human resources function is required, together with an up-to-date working knowledge of employment-related legislation. Current compensation and benefits provided to locally register foreign companies Proven experience in managing policy as well as operational issues.
∎ Clear understanding about local labor law.
∎ Sound knowledge on the best practices for staff welfare.
