Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Water Resources Engineering /Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Educational qualification may be considered for candidates having years of relevant proven experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and lead the design & engineering works of the Food & Beverage project
∎ Prepare engineering reports, technical memorandums, specifications
∎ Manage projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, client service, and quality standards
∎ Responsible for integrated water resources planning; water, waste water, recycled water supply and quality analysis; and water resource project development and evaluation. Experience in environmental assessment, and regulatory permitting
∎ Facilitate recruitment of required personnel for different departments
∎ Train new employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ 10 to 15 years of experience in Food & Beverage project and/or closely related projects; specific experience of successfully managing local/international drinking Water or Food & Beverage projects is highly desirable
∎ Working knowledge of the provisions and requirements of the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act is preferred
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Managerial and leadership Quality
∎ Independently capable to coordinate the work of engineers, chemists and the balance of the multi-discipline project team throughout the entire project development
∎ Coordinate with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies
