∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bridge and Culvert Construction, General Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ To review the project in details to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverable of materials & estimate costs.
∎ To coordinate with the supply chain management department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ To coordinate with construction workers and site engineers.
∎ To review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ To ensure compliance and safety regulations.
∎ To report regarding project status and prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in bridge/culvert construction work will get preference.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Expert in MS Excel, MS Project, and Auto CAD.
∎ Experience in Factory building construction will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
