Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive work methodologies, segment tasks, and produce detailed time-plans
∎ Track progress rigorously; implement corrective actions as needed
∎ Forecast labour requirements; provision and supervise large workforces
∎ Foster high morale, safety and productivity among site teams
∎ Prepare, validate and monitor bills; manage cost-control measures
∎ Schedule and coordinate all shuttering activities to align with structural milestones
∎ Create procurement plans; raise timely requisitions to avoid delays
∎ Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries and compliance records
∎ Oversee hands-on execution; ensure workmanship meets our exacting standards
∎ Serve as the primary interface with client engineers and third-party consultants; resolve technical queries swiftly
∎ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (public university preferred)
∎ Experience: 10–15 years in industrial project execution, with a proven track record as a site leader

You will be the linchpin between planning and delivery, ensuring that each milestone is met safely, efficiently and in full compliance with client expectations.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Work Planning & Control
∎ Develop comprehensive work methodologies, segment tasks, and produce detailed time-plans

∎ 2. Manpower Management
∎ Forecast labour requirements; provision and supervise large workforces
∎ Foster high morale, safety and productivity among site teams
∎ 3. Financial Oversight
∎ Prepare, validate and monitor bills; manage cost-control measures
∎ 4. Shutter & Formwork Planning
∎ Schedule and coordinate all shuttering activities to align with structural milestones
∎ 5. Procurement & Logistics
∎ Create procurement plans; raise timely requisitions to avoid delays
∎ 6. Site Administration & Documentation
∎ Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries and compliance records
∎ 7. Work Execution
∎ Oversee hands-on execution; ensure workmanship meets our exacting standards
∎ 8. Client & Consultant Liaison
∎ Serve as the primary interface with client engineers and third-party consultants; resolve technical queries swiftly
∎ Who You Are
∎ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (public university preferred)
∎ Experience: 10–15 years in industrial project execution, with a proven track record as a site leader
