Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Only government polytechnic institute)
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Designing, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Web Browsing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Exprience of 20 storied apartment building with two basement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Site supervision.
∎ Ensuring quality of work and ensuring construction are done as per structural and architectural design.
∎ Interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, and Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
∎ Create work program and implement them at site.
∎ Guide subcontractor with daily work program.
∎ Supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Supervise and solve problems in consultation with Senior Management.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
∎ Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have motorcycle driving license and experience. Own motorcycle is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
