∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
∎ Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
∎ Determine and present estimates of operational costs.
∎ Evaluate operations and processes.
∎ Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
∎ Implement improvements to designs and processes.
∎ Test material and structural integrity.
∎ Research the environmental impact of projects.
∎ Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans.
∎ Create graphical representations of proposed solutions.
∎ Prepare proposal documents and presentations.
∎ Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support.
∎ Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
∎ Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.
∎ Other duties and project related Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Engineering Firms, Construction Firms
∎ Project Management, Drawing, BOQ, Prepare work schedule
∎ Maintain liaison with Project Co-Coordinator, Purchase/ Procurement, Head Office Personnel
∎ Civil Construction, Estimating, Labor Management, Layout
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule
∎ Billing and Estimate
∎ Vendor management
∎ Site Management
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality residential/commercial building construction
∎ Should be experienced in handling large projects with 1 or more basements
∎ Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, QC & Compliance
∎ Quantitative analytical ability and Strong leadership skill
∎ Strong follow-up and persuasive skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The candidate must have worked practically on-site as a Project Engineer and managed all paperwork, has knowledge of procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
