∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly planning of operational budget for Electrical services orient department.
∎ Yearly budget preparation for maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Planning for training needs, preparing job description, motivation and control.
∎ To implement and ensure effective application of continuous improvement processes 5S3R, energy management, new technologies, EHS initiatives, suggestion system and others.
∎ Supports finance team on electrical asset management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Initiative and drive a self starter.
∎ Passion for innovation and creativity.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
∎ Influencing people and gaining commitment.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
