Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Architecture, Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & Supervising Construction Work at the site.
∎ Willing to work hard and stay at site area.
∎ Experienced in basic civil engineering calculations and measurement.
∎ Planning, Coordinating and Supervising technical issues of under construction activities of the Project .
∎ Capable to understand engineering drawing & design and capable to determine the operational material costs and qualities.
∎ Capable to prepare work schedule to complete the project in time.
∎ Keep Liaison with any consultants, and the general workforce involved in the project;
∎ Keep Liaison with architects, Chief engineers).
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Any other related jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidate who work in construction of 10 storied or More capacity Multi storied Apartment building with will preferable.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of Experienced candidate will be preferred.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile Allowance and others allowances will be given (Negotiable)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, T/A
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
