Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capabilities of understanding architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Residential/Commercial/industrial Building/Hospital project.
∎ Leads and controls skilled labor and work engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works aspects of the project.
∎ Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.
∎ Prepare report on progress of construction work under concerned project at weekly/daily basis.
∎ Supervise the project works directly.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on footing, site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing
∎ Estimation & Prepare bill of the project to submit PWD/EED/ other Govt. Departments.
∎ Responsible for maintaining store, requisition of materials.
∎ Monitoring contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Quality control of construction materials.
∎ Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure overall safety arrangement (fire, security, men & material) of construction site.
∎ Ability to maintain labor and mason.
∎ To prepare materials requisition for the project in daily/weekly basis.
∎ Project Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in building construction, estimation, project management and overall site management
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
